I've been to 1st Choice Barbershop multiple times now, and each visit has been a great experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and Dasha consistently does an outstanding job with both the cut and the service. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of from start to finish. Without a doubt, this is the best barbershop in town!
I’ve been coming here for about 5-years and have never left disappointed! I personally try and see Josey when available, but have gotten my haircut from just about everyone and have always been satisfied! Josey has nailed every hairstyle I have wanted to try, and will work with me every step of the way to make sure I’m happy with it! Their online appointment system is on point, but even if you need to walk-in, they always seem to try and accommodate you as fast as they can. Huge respect for the owner, Russell, as well. Between doing cuts himself, side work, and greeting each guest that comes in - I don’t think I’ve ever seen the man sit down!

My Dad and I just moved to Glendale, and decided to get our first haircuts here because of the ratings. We were not disappointed!! Great barber shop - everyone is really polite and friendly, and there is a great vibe to the place. My barber, Josey, was fantastic! He’s easy to get along with and really knows how to cut hair. He cleaned my scraggly looking self very nicely, from hair to beard. My dad’s barber, Isaac, was just as good, and the owner is a nice guy. Definitely will be coming back here for our haircuts!!

Amazing barber shop. Just moved to the area and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Russel is the owner, he is personable and they have a great membership deal which includes one free haircut a month plus discounted rates on other services. Ella is my barber. She is phenomenal. Detailed oriented, sweet, takes her time, provides excellent customer service. If you’re new to the area or are looking for a barbershop that treats you like family, first choice should be your first and only choice.
